PROGRAMS

All programs are custom to the individual athlete and include specific daily sessions for endurance and strength training.

Programs also offer advice on nutrition, recovery techniques, mental training strategies and race preparation. All athletes are expected to train with a heart-rate monitor and keep a daily training journal. Each athlete should budget to undertake TRIO blood lactate testing approximately every 12-16 weeks to monitor progress and gains. Lactate testing fees ($195 single sport and $375 Bike & Run) are NOT included in the coaching program fees below

One2One Training Sessions for swimming, running and bike to run training available by appointment only // $150 per session

Swim Video Analysis with above and underwater filming, one2one coaching and provision of a detailed video file of your stroke with technical analysis // $250

Life Coaching & Performance Consulting. In-person or via Skype or Phone // $100 per hour

Bodywork & Massage Therapy. In-home, 60 minutes session // $100 per hour (+ travel depending on location)
