All programs are custom to the individual athlete. All programs include specific daily sessions for endurance & strength training along with advice on nutrition, recovery techniques, mental training strategies and race preparation. All athletes are expected to train with a heart-rate monitor and keep a daily training journal. Each athlete should budget to undertake TRIO blood lactate testing approximately every 12-16 weeks to monitor progress and gains. Lactate testing fees ($195 single sport and $375 Bike & Run) are NOT included in the coaching program fees below
